I have finally gotten my new computer, and I am finally back online! Yes! It is a really nice machine too. Well, I still need to set it up, but at least I have a computer again. Unfortunately I still cannot access my Flickr account for some reason, so I cannot handle photos they way I want… sigh! Why is this stuff never easy…
Enough tech talk, there has been so much happening in the orchid room the past week. The Phalaenopsis violacea var. coerulea has come with a second flower, the Gastrochilus sororius has started opening its flowers (pictures to come later), and of course the lovely Ascocentrum miniatum ‘Kai Gold’ that I won in an auction a couple of weeks ago has opened up just about all its flowers now. It is a nice cheerful and sunny relief in this rainy cold fall weather. It is a true gem!
