Still catching up on some sleep… so good night!
nighty night…sleep well…you’ve lots to do..!!!!!..
Thanks!! 🙂 I realized I would not manage to mount them all tonight, so I unwrapped them all, cleaned them, checked them (under a mignifying glass) and then put them in bare root in group pots in the cool viv. Now I can take my time.
Wow, a great collection of very interesting plants.
Coryanthes will be a good challenge to grow, I think it has my most favorite flowers among all plants.
Thanks! I know, I am VERY pleased with my haul this show. 🙂 Yes, Coryanthes is a genus I am very curious about. I actually bought Coryanthes alborosea once before, but when it bloomed for me it turned out to be a Coryanthes feildingii … so this is a second attemt on this one for me. Keeping my fingers crossed, and I will keep you posted.
OMGothenburg KARMA!!!! I don’t check in on you for a couple of months, and you go crazy at the orchid show!! Must keep a better eye on you 😉
Nice haul, and the viv looks to be coming along nicely. I’ve got lots of back reading to do. Have a great weekend. Hi from Florida 🙂
hoppas allt ar bra.
(I know, sad attempt at swedish, lol)
Welcome back Joan! 🙂 Yes… I kind of went a little crazy at the show… he he… but it is a unique opportunity when you can actually go and pick up the plants in person. But, I have kind of spent my allowance for a while now, lol. Your Swedish is good, just missing some dots on the “ä” in är. Yes, all is quite well, thanks!!
Nice collection, I recently fell in love with Masdies, don’t want to blame your inspirational vivarium you’re putting together. 🙂 I’m also hunting for a Masdevallia coccinea (purple). Good growing!
Thanks a lot! Yes, I guess it is obvious that Masdevallia is a favorite genus of mine… 🙂
